Return and Refund Policy
- Tours can be booked and paid for online before the tour, according to availability.
- Payment will secure the date of the tour of choice.
- When you cancel 15 days or more before your tour date, we provide a full refund, less out-of-pocket expenses*. Refunds will be mailed by cheque.
- If you cancel 15 days or less before the tour date, your payment is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future service for a fee, subject to EV Tours' availability, within one year.
- Requests for additional hours during your tour are based on availability and are charged at EV Tours' hourly rate.
- Cancellations must be made by email to info@evtours.ca
*Out-of-pocket expenses may include credit card fees and applicable fees for bookings we have made on your behalf, such as admissions, transportation, deposits, and reservation fees.
