How to get to Victoria, BC

Getting Here

Many visitors come from Vancouver for a day trip or a short stay on Vancouver Island. The most popular route is the BC Ferries crossing — a 90-minute sail across the Strait of Georgia between Tsawwassen (south of Vancouver) and Swartz Bay, just north of Victoria. The ocean views are spectacular, and it’s common to spot whales along the way, especially in spring and summer.

For a faster and equally memorable journey, you can fly from Vancouver by Harbour Air seaplane or HeliJet helicopter. Both land right in Victoria’s picturesque Inner Harbour after a 35- to 40-minute flight, offering panoramic views of the Gulf Islands and coastline.

At EV Tours, We’ll meet you at your hotel or port of entry and begin your private tour from there.

If you’re already in town, we’ll gladly pick you up anywhere in the city for our Victoria Drive & Walk Tour.
